The ZOPHIA lifestyle isn't nearly as glamorous as it looks. Working hard and traveling is stressful. So, we've started our health week series with the help of our gorgeous and witty wellness guru, Alicia Rindge. Honestly, she's quite the expert on staying fabulous while traveling abroad. Let's cheer to what everyone should tell you, but hasn’t until now!
#1. GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT (REALLY? YES.)
Take grapefruit seed extract instead of Antibiotics! This is a lifesaver. Got diarrhea? Feeling sick after eating a strange meal in a new country? Take this, feel better! Antibiotics can strip your system of anything good, so take Grapefruit Seed Extract first, you will be surprised how quickly you can feel better. Read more about how Grapefruit Seed Extract is the ideal Anti-Microbial.
#2. TOILET PAPER, TISSUES, NAPKINS FROM STARBUCKS ETC.
Seems obvious but it's an essential we often take for granted. Carry wet wipes and lots of toilet paper. You never know when there won't be a sink or have to go in the grass!
#3. TRAIL MIX BABY!
Be smart, bring snacks. When you can’t eat because you are on a bus for 23478 hours or you find yourself riding a camel, healthy snacks hold you over until the next meal. Buy a three-pound bag of nuts and trail mix with raw organic chocolate. Pack it in your bag in a resealable container, you will thank me later.
